Link the guest
On the POS, «Link customer» on their ticket: find them by name or phone, or create them with their phone number if they are new. Bookings with a phone number count too: the guest file is created when you mark them as arrived.
CRM and marketing
Every guest with their own file: visits, allergies, birthday and what they usually order. The POS shows it above their bill, the kitchen sees their allergies before the dishes, and your email campaigns reach the guests who haven't been back in a while.
Nothing extra to set up and no files to type by hand: the CRM lives in the same system that takes payments and bookings and sends orders to the kitchen.

Their visits and spend add up from what they pay and the bookings they turn up for. Their usual dishes come from what they order, and their VIP tier is recalculated every 6 hours.
Their card on the POS, their allergies in the kitchen, the pre-shift briefing and email campaigns for the guests who want them.
Link the guest to their ticket and their card appears above the lines, for the waiter serving them today even if they have never met. No spend figures: just what you need to look after them.
Link the guest and their allergies go straight into the ticket's red band, and on to the kitchen. If the ticket lacks them, their card shows them in red under their name.
«Cumple hoy», «Cumple mañana» or «Cumple el sábado» (today, tomorrow, on Saturday), counted by the venue's date.
Their three most-ordered dishes, with how many times they had each. One tap adds one to the ticket.
Silver, Gold or Platinum, there for the whole team without anyone having to remember.
Their notes, diet and tags: what lives in your manager's head today, there for the whole shift.
Their visits and when the last one was. If they have none yet, the card says «Primera visita» (first visit).
A ticket's allergies are marked on the POS or come straight from the guest's file. From then on they print first on every kitchen ticket and head the order on the kitchen display.
A red band above the ticket lines. «+ Allergies» opens the 14 allergens in one tap, or you type your own.
At the very top, before any note and before the dishes: «!! ALERGIAS !!» («!! ALLERGIES !!» for an English-speaking kitchen) in double size, between two rows of exclamation marks. Reprints too.
The order card starts with them, in red, before the dishes.

The day's briefing, on the POS bookings desk, sums up what the team needs to know. And when a booking that matters arrives, every POS in the venue gets the alert.
You decide how many visits or how much spend each tier needs: reaching either one is enough. Mesero recalculates tiers every 6 hours, or on the spot from the CRM.

Every 6 hours, or at once with «Recalculate now».
The thresholds every venue starts with; you change them in the CRM's VIP tab. The tier shows on the POS guest card, in the briefing and in the arrival alert.
Emails in your own words, only for guests who agreed to receive them. Choose the type, the audience and the message: automatic campaigns are checked every hour and go out by themselves to whoever is due; announcements, when you send them.
For guests who have been at least twice and haven't been back for the number of days you choose.
On their birthday, or as many days before as you choose, using the date in their file.
The hours you choose after their visit: to say thank you or ask for their feedback.
For guests who just came for the first time, within the hours you set.
A new menu or an event. You send it whenever you like, to everyone or to a segment.
By visits, spend, days since their last visit, tags or churn risk, with a count of how many guests it includes.
Nothing extra to set up and no files to type by hand: the guest is recognised on the POS, in bookings, in the club and in every order, and their file fills itself.
Consents in every guest file, one-click unsubscribe, export and deletion from the file. And each guest's figures, only for the people allowed to see them.
It comes with the plan, together with email campaigns, bookings and the customer club: it is not an add-on.

Talk to usNo. A guest file is created when you link a new guest to their ticket by phone number, or when you mark a booking with a phone number as arrived. Their visits and spend add up by themselves. If you already have a list, import it from a CSV file.
No. The guest card on the POS shows their visits, tier, allergies, birthday, staff notes and usual dishes, with no money. Spend and average ticket live in the CRM in the back office, which only owners, admins and managers can open, and only with the «See takings» permission.
When you link a guest, the allergies in their file are added to the ticket's allergies; you can also mark them by hand on the POS. From then on they print first on every kitchen ticket and head the order on the kitchen display, so mark them before sending the dishes.
Only guests with an email address and the «Marketing emails» consent ticked in their file. It is checked again just before sending, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
When they reach the visits or the spend you set for Silver, Gold or Platinum: either one is enough. Mesero recalculates tiers every 6 hours, and you can recalculate them on the spot from the CRM.
The owner or an admin presses «GDPR: Delete» in their file: their data, consents and message history are deleted, and their tickets and invoices stay without their personal data. If they ask for a copy first, «Download data (GDPR)» gives it to them as a file.
